Return Policy

Hey, we get it—sometimes what you ordered may not meet your expectations. Don’t worry, we’re here to help!

Our Return Process is Simple:

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 60 days from the date your order was received.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unused, with all original tags and labels intact. This means the product hasn’t been washed, worn, or had its packaging removed or damaged.
  • Contact our customer service to obtain the correct return address before sending the item back.
  • Your returned item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.
  • Refunds can take up to 3-15 working days to process. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed.

Important Information:

  • All return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Personalized items are non-returnable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We are not responsible for changes such as a player leaving a team, team number changes, or badge updates after the jersey or shorts have been printed.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the products are faulty, damaged, or not as described upon delivery.
  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit or any additional charges incurred during the return process.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges if the size doesn’t fit. However, please note:

  • Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you experience a sizing issue with a customized item, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
  • Due to the time required for international shipping, we recommend contacting us first. This ensures the most efficient exchange process, as we cannot guarantee that your requested replacement item will still be in stock by the time your return arrives.
